Helsa loves working with individuals to help them find meaningful employment. She has a passion for helping people enter the workforce and enhance their careers, by pursuing their interests, extending themselves in new directions and choose the academic pathway that suits them best.
With over 4 years of experience as a Careers Advisor, Helsa helps students and school leavers navigate their next steps-whether it’s further study, apprenticeships, or entering the workforce.
Previously, as an NDIS Employment Advisor, she supported participants in transitioning from school to work, tailoring guidance to each individual’s journey.
Helsa holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Macquarie University (2019) and a Graduate Certificate in Careers Education and Development from RMIT (2020). Passionate about empowering people, she’s dedicated to helping individuals build meaningful careers on their own terms.

School Leavers
Helsa is extremely passionate about helping students to pursue their interests, extend themselves in new directions and choose the academic pathway that suits them best. She will be able to provide information, guidance and advice to help students explore their education and career options.
NDIS Participants
Helsa specialises in Finding and Keeping a Job (FAKAJ) support where participants are interested in finding employment that reflect their skills and interests. Under the NDIS, this is a broader support that can be delivered to people with disability at any stage of their employment journey or career.
Careers Counselling
Helsa will help you pursue your interests, extend yourself in new directions and choose the career pathway that suits you best. Careers counselling is for individuals at any stage of their career, but are unhappy in their current job and would like to rediscover meaningful employment.
